Her areas of corporate expertise include the formation and dissolution of privately owned companies limited by shares, commercial and industrial contracts, shares transfer documentation, satisfaction of bank charges, preparation of director and shareholder circular resolutions and companies winding up procedures. Her clients include statutory boards, private and public companies, multinational corporations, commercial banks and finance companies. She also handles will writing and administration matters as well as general solicitor's work such as assisting registration of trademarks and service marks on behalf of her clients. She also handles Franchise application matters for a few well known franchisors in Malaysia.

Having joined CMYAP Management since 1996, she worked closely with the Malaysian Bar Council, Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Malaysian Inland Revenue, she is also a tax agent and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Malaysia since 1998.
